Two extra beds in the games room allow up to 13 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, game console, children’s books and toys, as well as a ping-pong table and billiards. A baby cot and high chair are also available. Enjoy your own private outdoor space with a garden, open-air terrace, two balconies, barbecue, clay tennis court (usable in spring and summer), and a playground—perfect for creating unforgettable memories outdoors. Parking is available on the property, with an additional space in a garage. Smoking and events are not permitted inside the house. Air conditioning is not available. The interior is step-free. Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are installed outside. There is a storage area for motorbikes and bicycles.
